Kim strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team on a daily basis. She takes care of our office’s administrative needs and assists clients with any questions or requests they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Kim enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve, helping ensure that they receive the highest level of attention and support. She also manages a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance, service requests and client communications to preparing and processing important documents. Empathetic and detail-oriented, Kim’s goal is to always make working with us an easy and effortless experience.

Kim joined our team in June 2017 and came to us with almost 15 years’ experience in administrative roles within financial planning offices, along with over nine years in banking.

Kim was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and resides in Medina with her husband of over 30 years. When she’s not in the office, Kim enjoys spending time with family, taking walks and being outside.
