Laura has been a vital member of our team since 2007 and defines what it means to be a team player in providing excellent customer service. Throughout her career in financial services, she has utilized her passion for helping people, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients receive the high level of dedicated service they deserve.

Beyond her operational and administrative duties behind the scenes, Laura thoughtfully assists our financial advisors with preparing and processing documents, account opening and maintenance, check distributions, wire and money movement requests, preparing reports, address changes, and all things related to client accounts. She brings order and simplicity to the complexities surrounding our clients’ needs.

Laura is originally from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Akron in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and previously worked at Summa Health System Akron City Hospital for 22 years as a registered nurse in obstetrics.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, her golden retriever, Sam, and with her friends and family. You can also find her staying active outdoors by waterskiing, wakesurfing, paddleboarding, snow skiing, or playing pickleball.
